This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the warm and friendly staff to the beautiful surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money, with all the amazing facilities provided. And the breakfast was simply delightful, offering a wide variety of choices to start the day off right. Plus, the location on top of a hill provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The only minor improvement needed was the lack of an elevator, which made it a bit challenging to carry our suitcases to the rooms. However, this hotel more than made up for it with its exceptional service and overall experience.

There was nothing we did not like. The setting of the hotel was magnificent, the staff very obliging and the views from the dining room were very impressive. Food was very good. we had a lovely balcony with views over the mountains and the cable car. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The hotel building and location was very nice

The resturant staff weren't as helpful as I would have thought for the standard of hotel.

We stayed in the old section which is called Victoria just across the road from the main hotel. It was very old but very clean and had all the charm of an old hotel. You have your meals in the other hotel which is only one minuet walk and the views are fantastic. What you must do is get the correct address as there are two. You must use Dorfstrasse, 1 Oberbozen, Ritten 39054. Do NOT put Ritten before Oberbozen as this is another location.

Great location and views of the mountains and cable car. Perfect for a skiing holiday. the restaurant food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel room was outdated and small for the price we paid for a Christmas holiday.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful in choosing dinner options. Our room was spacious, with fast internet, and an effective sound-blocking system. It was great that the hotel had a lift and ramp making it accessible to differently-abled individuals. We loved the location and the panoramic view that the hotel offers. The hotel is very close to the cable car station which makes it easy to travel to other local villages.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its impressive views over the beautiful Dolomites. The staff are very accommodating and the service is top-notch. The breakfast is lovely, with a great variety of fresh options.

This lovely family hotel has an excellent location with a wonderful view of the Dolomites and the cable car running from Bolzano. the rate includes a tourist card that gives you free transport to over 80 regional museums and other nearby villages. the service is good with staff that can speak several languages, and the breakfast is nice. the swimming pool is also remarkable with panoramic windows and a children's playground.

The soundproofing in some of the rooms could be better.

The breakfast was amazing! There was a great variety of fresh food available, and everything was nicely arranged. , the location was perfect. We were able to easily visit nearby attractions, and public transportation was very accessible. Plus, the hotel had a lovely indoor swimming pool with a fantastic view of the surroundings.

The hotel was very misleading. We booked a room in what was advertised as the main building, but upon arrival, we were relocated to a very old, not-renovated building.
